Active Scouts and Adults leaders

Troop 626 has been serving the South Bellevue community and growing future leaders since 1965. With the support of an active parent base and a committed team of Scoutmasters, the boys have all the opportunities to grow and advance within scouting and in their daily lives.

In addition to working on advancement during meetings, we have at least one outdoor activity per month. A few of our recent activities include:

  • 50-mile backpack camping in Glacier Peak Wilderness
  • High adventure hiking and camping at Philmont Scout Ranch, New Mexico
  • Biking and camping on San Juan Islands and Iron Horse trail
  • Hiking and overnight at Ancient Lakes, Grand Coulee Dam, and Mount Rainier
  • Snow cave overnight (Snoqualmie)
  • 50-mile bike ride around Lake Washington
  • Summer Camp at Camp Fire Mountain
  • Cascade District Camporee
  • Lake Washington to Cougar Mountain hike
  • Ski day at Snoqualmie
  • Eagle and community service projects
